Thanks to all residents & organizations who participated in planting natives on Radio Canyon Day on January 28th! With your help, over 1,000 seedlings and 300 Opuntia (prickly pear cacti) segments were planted along the canyon trail. We lucked out by planting right before a week of rain, so the little plants are thriving! We're looking forward to doing more great work with you in the canyon. Our next Radio Canyon Day is scheduled for the morning of July 14, so mark your calendar!
